The CPC's Red Terror
During the civil war between the Chinese Communist Party and the ruling party, the Chinese Kuomintang, there were two main phases: the First Civil War from 1927 to 1937 and the Second Civil War from 1945 to 1949. The Soviet regime of the Chinese Communist Party referred to the areas under their control as the "red bases," while the areas ruled by the Chinese Kuomintang were called the "white areas." The Chinese Kuomintang's efforts to eliminate the CCP's underground organizations in the white areas became known as the "White Terror." However, since the Chinese Kuomintang was expelled from mainland China in 1949, the Red Terror perpetrated by the Chinese Communist regime against the Chinese people has been even more terrifying than the White Terror of that time.
I. Eliminate all the remaining personnel of the ROC
The Campaign to Suppress Counterrevolutionaries was a nationwide, large-scale political movement to investigate and suppress the party, government, military personnel of the Republic of China, and other anti-communists remaining in mainland China. It was launched by its Chairman Mao Zedong in March 1950 after the Chinese Communist Party took power on October 1, 1949. Many generals of the Republic of China who believed in the CCP’s "Love the People as Love the Children" propaganda were brutally killed in mainland China. Among them were four generals and 1911 Revolutionary Fathers, 78 lieutenant generals, and 159 major generals. He Haiqing, the father of the 1911 Revolution, served as the fourth detachment captain of Cai E's First Army of the National Defender Army in 1915. In 1923, he served as the guardian envoy of southern Yunnan and commander of the Sixth Army of the National Revolutionary Army, and he was promoted to general. He left the military to run a school in his hometown in October 1925 but was arrested during the Campaign to Suppress Counterrevolutionaries in 1950 and brutally executed on November 8 of that year. General Song Hegeng, the father of the 1911 Revolution, participated in the Constitutional Protection Movement in 1917 and served as the first brigade commander. In 1923, he was appointed by Sun Yat-sen as the commander of the First Army and the Central Commander of the Northern Expedition. After Sun Yat-sen's failure in the Northern Expedition in 1925, he resigned and returned to his hometown to entertain himself by painting, studying Buddhism, and traveling. In January 1952, Song Hegeng was executed in his hometown of Xiangxiang County, Hunan Province, on the charge of resisting the revolution. Xia Zhishi, the father of the 1911 Revolution, served as the commander-in-chief of the Constitutional Protection Movement in Western Sichuan in 1920. After the failure of the Movement, he left the military and political circles and lived in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, to run a school, studying Buddhism, cultural relics, and antiques. Since then, he has no longer been involved in politics but was executed by the CCP on October 6, 1950. Deng Yulin, the father of the 1911 Revolution, was the commander-in-chief of the First Route Army of the Left Army of the Northern Expedition in 1926 and participated in the battles of Jingsha and Yichang. After the Northern Expedition, he raised funds to build schools and businesses in many places. At the end of the second civil war between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party in 1949, the Kuomintang sent people to ask Deng Yulin to leave mainland China, but Deng Yulin refused. In March 1951, he was executed for "organizing a counter-revolutionary riot." Even many generals who led troops to surrender to the CCP were also executed. Chen Chunlin, Lieutenant General of the 44th Army, who led an uprising with soldiers and horses, was sentenced to death by the Southwest Military Court on November 9, 1951, during the Campaign to Suppress Counterrevolutionaries. Commander Xu Jingji, who led the newly reorganized Fifth Army to surrender to the People's Liberation Army, was also executed in 1951. According to the official statistics of the Chinese Communist regime in 1954, more than 2.6 million people were arrested, more than 1.3 million people were imprisoned, and 712,000 people were executed during the Campaign. Among them are many civilians, such as Zhu Maixian, the son of the famous writer and scholar Zhu Ziqing; Cha Shuqing, the father of the most famous martial arts novelist Jin Yong; and Chen Xinyu, the father of Liang Yusheng, the pioneer of the "new school of martial arts novels."
During the Campaign, the Chinese Communist regime organized many mass rallies and carried out extremely bloody and terrifying trials and executions of those accused of being counter revolutionaries. In Beijing alone, more than 3 million people have participated in such gatherings. In one such rally, 200 people were paraded and executed with their blood splattering out on bystanders, and then trucks carrying blood-stained corpses drove through the streets.

II. The Bloody Anti-Rightist Campaign
The Anti-Rightist Campaign was another large-scale political movement initiated by Mao Zedong in 1957 to persecute intellectuals and elites from all walks of life who criticized the Chinese Communist Party. They mobilized parents, children, couples, and friends to expose the criticisms of the CCP’s words and deeds from their family members, relatives, and friends. Then, the CCP labeled these people as rightists, supervised and reformed them, causing a large number of rightists to die during the persecution, and created many human tragedies in which couples divorced, parent-child disharmony, and friends became strangers.
In the anti-rightist movement, Zhang Bojun, chairman of the Chinese Peasants and Workers Democratic Party, vice chairman of the Central Committee of the Chinese Democratic League, vice chairman of the CPPCC, president of the Guangming Daily, and minister of transportation of the CPC regime, was severely criticized by his close friend Shi Liang, the minister of justice of the CPC regime, and they severed their friendship for many years from then on. Later, zhang was labeled as China's number one rightist, removed from all positions, suspended his salary, and was criticized by many organizations in turn. During the persecution, he suffered from many diseases and was unable to receive timely and effective treatment. He died uncleared of a false charge at the age of 74 on May 17, 1969. After his death, his family was not allowed to hold a memorial service for him.
China’s No. 2 rightist Luo Longji’s girlfriend, Pu Xixiu, who has lived with him for 10 years, was also forced to criticize his lover under the CCP’s order and announced that she had severed relations with him. After being labeled as a rightist, he was removed by the CCP from the positions of Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Chinese Democratic League, Standing Committee Member of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and Minister of the Forest Industry Department of the CCP regime, and his salary was reduced from the fourth to the ninth. Under continuous exposure and criticism, his health continued to deteriorate, and he died on December 7, 1965, at only 69 years old. After his death, his family could not find even the ashes.
Chu Anping is a well-known modern scholar and intellectual. He used to be the editor-in-chief of Guangming Daily and the deputy director of the Propaganda Department of Jiu San Society. He was the first person to be persecuted in the anti-rightist movement for criticizing Mao Zedong. On June 2, 1957, People's Daily and Guangming Daily published his article titled "Proposing Some Opinions to Chairman Mao and Premier Zhou---The Party Dominates the World." Mao Zedong was extremely dissatisfied with this. On June 8, 1957, the People's Daily published an editorial, "Why Is This?" written by Mao himself, to attack Chu, and the prelude to the anti-rightist movement has since begun. Because of this, Chu was repeatedly criticized and forced to give a speech entitled "Surrender to the People" at the Fourth Session of the First National People's Congress in July 1957. His wife was forced to divorce him, and his son was forced to announce the severance of father-son relationship. Chu ran away from home later and disappeared into the world.
The anti-rightist campaign lasted about 2 years. According to the official statistics of the Chinese Communist Party, during the anti-rightist movement, about 550,000 people in China were labeled rightists. About 400,000 to 700,000 intellectuals were sent to rural areas or factories to reform through labor; a total of about 1.4 million people were criticized; some intellectuals labeled as rightists were persecuted to death. The anti-rightist movement has dealt a great blow to people 34 from all walks of life, including democratic parties, academia, and intellectuals in mainland China. The political soap bubbles of democracy and co-governance blown by the CCP finally burst. Since then, mainland China has entered the era of one-party rule by the Chinese Communist Party.

III. China's Ten-year Catastrophe
The Chinese Cultural Revolution was an unprecedented and absurd political movement launched by Mao Zedong in mainland China from the beginning of 1966 to the end of 1976. Because it lasts as long as ten years, it is also called "The 10-year Catastrophe". Under the guise of preventing the restoration of capitalism, eliminating the remnants of feudalism, and removing revisionism from the central to local governments, Mao Zedong mobilized the people across the country to carry out criticism, seizure of power, and destruction. In this movement, all government agencies were destroyed. Officials were criticized, beaten, and supervised labor; schools were closed. Students became Red Guards, fighting and sabotaging inside and outside the school; factories were shut down, and workers organized Rebel Teams to destroy governments and seize power. In this movement, all teachers and intellectuals were criticized, and many people were persecuted to death (Yao Tongbin, the founder of Two Bombs and One Satellite was beaten to death on June 8, 1968; Zhao Jiuzhang, one of the first members of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the founder of the artificial satellite, committed suicide by taking medicine on October 25, 1968 after being criticized by the Rebel Team; The famous writer Lao She, who was the first one to win the title of People’s Artist in China, jumped into Beijing’s Taiping Lake and died on August 24, 1966 after being insulted and beaten by the Red Guards; after being criticized, kneeling, wearing an insulting high hat, and his house was searched and confiscated by the Red Guards, the famous translator and writer Fu Lei and his wife Zhu Meifu committed suicide by hanging themselves from a window frame on September 3, 1969; Xiong Shili, the most outstanding Chinese philosopher in the 20th century by the Encyclopedia Britannica, died on a hunger strike after being criticized by the Red Guards; Tian Han, the founder of modern Chinese drama, was tortured to death in prison on December 10, 1968; The vice-president of Peking University and the famous historian Jian Bozan, was persecuted for refusing to expose President Liu Shaoqi's problems, he and his wife Dai Shuwan committed suicide by taking sleeping pills to show their innocence by death on December 18, 1968); countless precious cultural relics and historical sites were destroyed as feudal dregs; young people were not educated, and there was a ten-year talent gap; scientific research stagnated, industrial and agricultural output fell seriously, and the national economy has entered a major depression for many years.
Mao Zedong’s real purpose in launching the Cultural Revolution was to eliminate political enemies and regain control over the central and local governments that he had lost for four years. After the CCP established its regime, Mao Zedong’s three policies for building a socialist country, which consisted of the General Line for socialist construction, the Great Leap Forward, and the People’s Communes, caused the great famine of 1958-1962, economic decline, starvation everywhere, and tens of millions of people died abnormally across the country. People are complaining everywhere, local and central governments are not in harmony, and the CCP has had its biggest crisis since it came to power. At the Seven Thousand Cadres Conference held by the CCP in early 1962, the policies of Mao Zedong were criticized, and Mao also made self-criticism as the conference promoted "criticism and self-criticism." After the Conference, President Liu Shaoqi was in charge of most policies within the party and the government, while Mao took a semi-retired role. In order to regain his lost power, Mao Zedong advocated in this absurd movement that "the revolution is not guilty, and the rebellion is justified," calling on the people to eliminate feudalism, capitalism, and revisionism, criticizing intellectuals and occupying government agencies. He also personally wrote a big-character poster on August 7, 1966, "Attacking the National Headquarters," calling on the people to direct their criticism at the top leader of the country. Since then, President Liu Shaoqi has been repeatedly criticized by the Red Guards and rebels, including his ex-wife Wang Qian, his daughter Liu Tao and his son Liu Yunzhen. On January 3, 1967, Liu Shaoqi’s daughter Liu Tao, under the order of Mao Zedong’s wife Jiang Qing, posted a big-character poster "Look! Liu Shaoqi's ugly soul" at the Tsinghua University and Zhongnanhai staff canteens to expose and criticize her biological father, Liu Shaoqi. On July 22, 1967, Liu Tao, Wang Qian, and his younger brother Liu Yunzhen jointly wrote a big-character poster, "Resolutely support the revolutionary action of the August 1st Fighting Corps of Beijing Institute of Construction and Technology to fight against Liu Shaoqi", and Liu Tao and Liu Yunzhen personally sent it to the scene of the criticism meeting to express their support for criticizing Liu Shaoqi. Liu Shaoqi's eldest son, Liu Yunbin, committed suicide after being criticized by the Red Guards for a whole day because he did not want to sever the relationship between father and son. Liu Shaoqi was sent to Kaifeng, Henan Province, on October 17, 1969, and was persecuted to death there on November 12, 1969. Marshal Peng Dehuai, Marshal He Long, and Politburo Standing Committee member Tao Zhu, who opposed Mao Zedong, were also persecuted to death. Liu Shaoqi once proposed to Mao Zedong to resign from all posts, including the President of China and the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, and then took his wife and children to Yan'an or his hometown to farm and was refused. Peng Dehuai once wrote to Mao Zedong begging for mercy but was still criticized and beaten severely. His forehead was beaten to blood, his fifth and tenth ribs were beaten to fractures, and even his humble request to meet his divorced wife, Pu Anxiu, before he died was also Rejected. He Long did not use insulin treatment when suffering from diabetes; instead, he was injected with hypertonic glucose solution on June 8, 1969, and died at Beijing 301 Hospital due to diabetic acidosis the next day. Tao Zhu was imprisoned after he stepped down in 1967. He was sent to Hefei, Anhui Province, on October 18, 1969, and was persecuted to death on November 30, 1969. His family was not allowed to visit him before and after his death. On the other hand, Wang Hongwen, the commander of the "Shanghai Workers' Revolutionary Rebellion Headquarters," had only been in private schools for three months. Wu Guixian, a female textile worker, Li Suwen, a vegetable market salesperson, and Chen Yonggui, an illiterate farmer, were promoted to national leaders by Mao Zedong. Among them, Wang Hongwen was also trained as Mao Zedong's successor and became the vice chairman of the Communist Party of China.
In order to achieve his dictatorship, Mao Zedong did not hesitate to mobilize students and workers to destroy all government agencies, persecute intellectuals and national elites, severely damage the national economy, and subvert the 5000-year-old traditional culture of the Chinese nation. The losses caused by the Cultural Revolution to China’s politics, economy, and culture are immeasurable; the harm to the Chinese people is unprecedented.

IV. The army brutally suppressed the Democratic Movement
The '89 Democracy Movement was a massive democratic movement led by students in mainland China in 1989. The movement started on April 15th in Tiananmen Square in Beijing and ended after the Tiananmen Square massacre on June 4, lasting 7 weeks. This was the largest student movement since the CCP took power in 1949, and it has had a profound impact on China's democratic process.
The movement was triggered by the death of Hu Yaobang, the former general secretary of the Communist Party of China, on April 15, 1989. As an enthusiastic liberal reformer, Hu spared no effort during his tenure to criticize Mao Zedong's ultra-left line and remove his political legacy: he criticized Mao’s authoritarian rule and put an end to the people’s cult of the late helmsman; he criticized Mao’s cruelty and inhumanity, political fanaticism and economic radicalization, and went through hardships to retrieve justice for thousands of people persecuted by Mao; he implemented age restrictions, tenure system and mandatory retirement regulations; he established a collective leadership system to prohibit personal cult. Hu Yaobang is respected by the people for his simple, diligent, thrifty lifestyle, frank and humble character, and democratic working style. However, he was continuously criticized by a group of veterans of the CCP from January 10 to January 15, 1987, for his "tolerating bourgeois liberalization" and "sympathizing with students' demands for democratic reform." On January 16, 1987, he resigned from his position as the general secretary of the Communist Party of China.
After Hu Yaobang's death, thousands of students came to Tiananmen Square to mourn the reformer who had gone through too many political tribulations in his life and submitted a petition to the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress requesting a re-evaluation of Hu and calling on the government to speed up the pace of democratic reforms. The mourning activities gradually expanded to many cities across the country. As the hardline-dominated CCP regime refused to compromise and concession, the sad and sympathetic rallies escalated into larger-scale democratic demonstrations and hunger strikes. Finally, Deng Xiaoping, Chairman of the CCP’s Military Commission, ordered the army to suppress the democratic movement. The Chinese People's Liberation Army started to massacre unarmed students and citizens with tanks and military vehicles on the night of June 3, 1989. A massive democratic movement finally ended tragically on June 4 under the CCP’s gunfire and iron foot trampling.

V. The Shanghai Gang has brought calamity to the country and the people
After the '89 Democracy Movement was suppressed by the Chinese army, Jiang Zemin brought his political designer, Zeng Qinghong, to Beijing as the general secretary of the Communist Party of China, and his secretary Jia Ting'an served as the director of the general secretary’s office. They transferred a large number of people from Shanghai to hold important positions in the General Office of the CPC Central Committee, the Secretariat of the CPC Central Committee, and the State Council of China. They established the Shanghai Gang in the CPC Central Committee, with Jiang Zeng as the core and Jia as the chief of internal affairs. The Shanghai Gang governed the country, the party, and the army through corruption. There were unprecedented levels of corruption and crimes during their tenure. The emergence of a large number of corrupt high-level officials and corrupt military leaders has turned China into the most corrupt country in the world. In order to protect their huge interests, after Jiang Zemin's term in 2002 ended, he restricted the power of Hu Jintao, who had been designated as the general secretary by Deng Xiaoping before his death. The establishment of General Secretary Jiang Zemin’s office in Zhongnanhai, the political hub of the Communist Party of China, remains intact. The office of Chairman Jiang Zemin of the CCP’s Military Commission in the CCP’s Military Commission building continues to perform all its original functions. In March 2007, Jiang Zeng transferred Xi Jinping to Shanghai to serve as secretary of the Shanghai Municipal Party Committee. He met with the core staff of the Shanghai Gang, negotiated deals with the old gang leader, and accepted the strategies taught by Jiang Zeng and the henchmen cultivated by Jiang Zeng.
In December 2012, Xi Jinping became the General Secretary of the CPC and Chairman of the Military Commission of the CPC under JiangZeng’s careful planning. Zeng Qinghong personally selected law professor Wang Huning from Fudan University to become Xi’s political designer (now a member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC and the first secretary of the Secretariat of the CPC), former Secretary-General of the Shanghai Municipal Party Committee Ding Xuexiang served as the director of the Central Office and the director of the General Secretary’s Office. At this time, when the new Shanghai Gang was formally formed, the brazen Jiang Zemin withdrew those two notorious offices from Zhongnanhai, where the leaders of the Chinese Communist Party live, and the August 1 building where the CCP’s Military Commission headquarters is located.
Since the old and new Shanghai Gang took power, it has brought many disasters to the country and its people. The Three Gorges Project, which was initiated by the old gang leader Jiang Zemin, was a project that was called a disaster to the country and the people by Huang Wanli, a famous Chinese water conservancy expert. In 2006, regardless of the strong opposition of the Chinese people and water conservancy experts, the Chinese Communist regime built the world’s largest dam, the Three Gorges Dam, at an astonishing cost of 135.266 billion yuan on the world’s second largest river, the Yangtze River, causing millions of people to lose their homes, lots of hills and fields were submerged, and a large number of precious cultural relics were destroyed. Since then, the huge changes in hydrology, climate, terrain, and ground pressure caused by the super-large dam have brought continuous disaster to the Chinese people. Especially in Sichuan Province, upstream of the Three Gorges Dam, more than a dozen earthquakes occurred after the mega dam was built in 2006. Among them, the Wenchuan earthquake of magnitude 8.2 at 14:28 on May 12, 2008, was the most destructive earthquake since the founding of the People’s Republic of China in 1949, resulting in 87,150 killed, 374,643 injured, 1993.03 million people lost their homes, and the total affected population reached 4625.6 million people, causing direct economic losses of 845.1 billion yuan---more than six times the cost of the Three Gorges Dam.
The National Security Law implemented in Hong Kong by the new gang leader Xi Jinping on June 30, 2020, is another disaster for the country and the people. He destroyed Hong Kong’s limited democracy and freedom, imposed the same Red Terror on Hong Kong as in mainland China, and caused Hong Kong’s foreign capital to withdraw. The tax-free concessions were eliminated, investment was no longer coming, the Asian financial center was relocated, and the halo of the world's free port fades. He betrayed Deng Xiaoping's promise to Hong Kong on July 1, 1997, that "one country, two systems will remain unchanged for 50 years" and killed the extremely precious fowl that had laid golden eggs for the Chinese people for decades.
The CCP’s ignorance of universal values and trampling on international rules also brought disasters to the world and harmed the entire human race. Since the French geneticist Emmanuelle Marie Charpentier and the American biochemist Jennifer Anne Doudna invented the gene-editing technique, scientists have been worried that this technique will be used to create genetically modified humans, causing a humanitarian crisis. On November 26, 2018, Chinese scientist He Jiankui announced that the world's first gene-edited baby he created, a pair of twin girls, had been born that month. His announcement prompted 122 scientists around the world to issue statements condemning his crazy behavior. The predecessors of the novel coronavirus that is currently spreading are parasitic on bats living in caves. They are very inert and harbored on bats without harming humans. However, in 2013, the team of virus expert Shi Zhengli of the Wuhan Institute of Virology captured them from caves in Yunnan to do simulated human research, allowing them to evolve and mutate on the simulated human body, which led to the Wuhan virus outbreak in Wuhan at the end of 2019 and the current Wuhan virus pandemic in the world. Most countries in the world do not conduct such Gain-of-Function experiments because they can make the virus more dangerous and infectious, trigger a humanitarian crisis, and ultimately harm humanity. For many years, the Chinese Communist regime has been frantically playing with fire on manufacturing biological weapons. But this time, it burned both the neighbors ’houses and his own in the global village.
After the Tiananmen Square Massacre on June 4, 1989, the Committee of the Ministry of State Security of the CPC, established in July 1989 by the core of the Shanghai Gang, Jiang Zeng, became the largest, most evil, and mysterious organization since the CCP took power in 1949. Its mission is to investigate and persecute people pursuing democracy throughout the country to prevent the recurrence of the '89 Democracy Movement. On November 12, 2013, the new leader of the Shanghai Gang, Xi Jinping, established a larger and broader Central National Security Commission of the CPC (abbreviated CNSC). The CNSC aims to consolidate political leadership of all components of the security apparatus controlled by the Communist Party, including the Ministry of State Security, Ministry of Public Security, Ministry of Justice, Armed Police Headquarters, Intelligence Bureau of the Joint Staff Headquarters of the Central Military Commission, Network System Department of the PLA Strategic Support Forces, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Central Foreign Propaganda Office and other departments. These components would be combined into a single entity under the direct command of the General Secretary of the Chinese Communist Party. The establishment of this Commission signifies that from now on, the CCP will implement Red Terror more severely at home and export Red Terror more widely abroad. They persecuted people who pursued democracy on a larger scale than ever before. They used poisons and doctors to kill more people who criticized the CCP’s dictatorship. Since the massacre of students with tanks and military vehicles in Tiananmen Square on June 4, 1989, the Chinese Communist regime has been using poisons and viruses to kill members of the Tiananmen Mothers Organization and their family members who seek justice for their children. Su Bingxian, a Tiananmen mother who worked in the Translation Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, was abducted by CCP agents to a detention center for questioning and body search after exposing the CCP's atrocities to a foreign friend, Mrs. Edgar Snow. At 6:30 p.m. on January 15, 2001, she drank the poisonous drink given to her by a CCP agent through her doctor and immediately vomited and diarrhea. A few minutes later, she was blind in both eyes and died after groaning in extreme pain. Tiananmen's mother, Xu Jue, enthusiastically served the families of the June 4th victims and distributed testimonies written by herself to pedestrians exposing the tyranny of the CCP. CCP agents infected her with the hepatitis virus and then killed her on April 24, 2017, after charging an expensive liver transplant. After her death, the CCP also banned the engraving of her name and any words on her tombstone. Ding Zilin is one of the founders of the Tiananmen Mothers Organization. On the evening of June 3, 1989, her 17-year-old son Jiang Jielian was shot and killed by the People's Liberation Army in Muxidi, 5 kilometers west of Tiananmen Square. Since his son was killed in the massacre, Ding Zilin has been seeking justice for the victims and established the Tiananmen Mothers Organization with two other mothers. In order to sabotage this organization that criticizes the CCP's dictatorship, CCP agents used her husband, Jiang Peikun, and his ex-wife's daughter, Ms. Jiang, to dissuade her from stopping the organization's protest activities. Because the conspiracy did not succeed, they used poison to kill the father and daughter in 2015 in an attempt to use death to intimidate Ding and stop her from criticizing the CCP. Liu Xiaobo, the Nobel Peace Prize winner who has been jailed many times for participating in the democracy movement in Tiananmen Square and drafting the 08 Constitution Manifesto, was infused with a large number of poisons and hepatitis virus by CCP agents under the guise of examination and treatment, destroying his original healthy body. After two months of so-called treatment, Liu Xiaobo died of liver cancer and various organ failures in Shenyang’s First Hospital in Liaoning Province on July 13, 2017.
In the early days of the Wuhan virus outbreak, Li Wenliang, an ophthalmologist at Wuhan Central Hospital, used WeChat to disclose to his friends a SARS-like epidemic on December 30. However, the whistleblower of this epidemic was soon reprimanded by the local police station on January 3, 41 2020, for posting false statements on the Internet. On January 30, 2020, Li Wenliang was interviewed by Caixin Media, China Newsweek, and Nanfang Metropolis Daily, and on January 31, he was interviewed by the foreign media New York Times and CNN, detailing the disclosure of the epidemic in the circle of friends and later being reprimanded by the police. One night a few days later, at 9 pm on February 6, 2020, he was killed by WSS agents under the guise of Wuhan Virus in the hospital. The sudden death of Li Wenliang caused great anger among the people of Wuhan and the whole country. Doctors are the least likely to get the Wuhan virus among all people, and young people are the easiest to recover from the Wuhan virus. People do not believe that he will die from the virus, including his parents, who recovered from the Wuhan virus and were discharged from the hospital. After the lockdown of Wuhan on January 23, 2020, more than 42,000 doctors and medical staff from all provinces and various cities in China came to Wuhan to fight the epidemic. During the two months in Wuhan, none of them died of the Wuhan virus or were infected with the Wuhan virus. In order to convince people that the 33-year-old whistleblower indeed died of the Wuhan virus, CCP agents used the virus to kill a large number of doctors in Wuhan. Among them, Dr. Peng Yinhua of the Wuhan First People's Hospital and Dr. Xia Sisi of the Wuhan Xiehe Jiangbei Hospital were only 29 years old.

VI. Imprisoning democratic reforms and bombing international cooperation
1. Used a political prostitute to send the chairman of a corporate group where I conducted democratic reform experiments to prison
Like other Chinese pursuing democracy and freedom, my family, relatives, and friends have also suffered extremely bloody persecution by the Chinese Communist regime. In 1977, after more than a decade of the unprecedented Great Cultural Revolution, I participated in the first college entrance examination. Fortunately, I was among the first batch of university students who were honored as God's favorite sons by the Chinese people (under the strong demand of a large number of candidates who were not admitted to universities, the Chinese government made an exception for the second enrollment in that year). Unfortunately, instead of enjoying this honor, I was persecuted by the CCP regime as a foreign agent. Because I often wrote articles for the media to promote democratic ideas, advocate freedom and justice, and call for political reform. I was not limited to verbal and written advocacy of democratic reforms, and I also conducted democratic and economic reform experiments in a corporate group, Shanghai Wenhua Group: changing the system of CCP’s overall rule, implementing the administrative responsibility system by the board of directors and subsidiary leaders; promoting free and open economic policies. In addition to advocating the concept of democratic reform, I also liked to translate foreign books and articles while studying my Chinese language and literature major and consult foreign experts about translation issues from time to time. In order to obtain evidence that I was a foreign agent, the Chinese Communist regime ordered a political prostitute to seduce Chen Wenlong, the chairman of Shanghai Wenhua Group, and sentenced him to 7 years in prison for rape, and interrogated him for evidence of my acting as a foreign agent. However, I was only experimenting to realize my democratic reform concept and making my meager efforts for democracy in China, so I did not take the salary that Shanghai Wenhua Group budgeted for me. They could not find my political evidence or grasp my economic handle. They also instructed girls to approach me, including underage students, but I did not fall into the erotic traps they set up.
2. Destroyed my international cooperative business
I had two international trade partners in mainland China; one was Sun Linqiao, chairman of Shanghai Zhongyi Construction Group, and the other was Zhang Pilin, office director of the Liaoning Province Textile Import and Export Corporation. Sun Linqiao is a fellow townman of Chenhong Town and an alumnus of Chenhong Middle School. After graduating, he joined the army and became a division staff officer, and later transferred to the Shanghai County Organization Department as a commissioner. I went to the countryside to be a farmer due to the closure of all middle schools and universities during the Chinese Cultural Revolution. I didn’t enter university until China resumed the college entrance examination in 1977. After graduating from university, I was assigned to the Shanghai County Propaganda Department as a commissioner and became a colleague of Sun Linqiao, working in the office next to his. In order to save time, I usually lived in the dormitory of the county government except on holidays. I read, wrote, and translated articles in the office every morning and evening. Sun was a very diligent government official. He always came to work at the earliest every day and left late. We often communicated emotionally and spiritually, and we appreciated and respected each other. He admired my work ability, hard work, and studiousness and asked me to teach his daughter English to cultivate her interest in learning English. Later, I resigned from this government job to teach Chinese and English at Shanghai Sanlin High School because I couldn't adapt to the corrupt official environment, and then I went to the United States several years later; he also left the organization department to start his own business and founded Shanghai Zhongyi Construction Group. His group not only engaged in major projects such as subways, light rails, and expressways but also built residential and commercial buildings. He invited me to assist him in doing Sino-foreign cooperation projects, establishing an international school in Shanghai, and doing international trade in Dalian, Liaoning Province, because he had his real estate business in Dalian. So, I contacted the Liaoning Province Textile Import and Export Corporation in Dalian as a partner, and Zhang Pilin, the director of the company's office, was responsible for the daily work of this company. Sun put aside the work at hand, took me from Shanghai to Dalian for a business trip, and stayed in the military cadre rest home he invested. Like the cooperation in Shanghai, the partner in Dalian and I also could not do any business because the Chinese Communist regime only used my partners to collect evidence that I was a foreign agent rather than let us do a successful business. When I was in Shanghai, I lived in a suite given to me by Sun Linqiao, but I didn't take his house. I lived there just to facilitate work because I had two two-story houses and two bungalows. I didn't take his salary either because I didn't help him achieve anything, and even some of the deals that had been made were eventually destroyed by the CCP agents. However, I accepted a sophisticated camera that his Japanese friend gave him because it could record my trips to mainland China and witness my success or failure in business activities. Most important figures in Sun Linqiao’s business circle were his military fellow officers, so the Chinese Communist regime believed that I was collecting intelligence on the CCP’s military for foreign governments. In order to find evidence of my business activities, the CCP’s agents took my camera, but until today, these shameless guys have not returned the camera to me.
3. Poisoned me on an international flight of Air China
I was driven beyond the limits of forbearance by these CCP agents and finally flew Air China from Los Angeles to Beijing on September 9, 2000, to make allegations against them at the Supreme People's Procuratorate of China. Unfortunately, not only did I fail to defeat the gang of villains, but I was poisoned by them on the plane. At mealtime that day, I ordered the food on the trolley to the stewardess who was serving my row of passengers, but she ignored me. She still didn't give me food until after serving all the passengers in this row. Strangely, a stewardess on the other side of the trolley gave me food. I got a stomachache soon after eating this meal, and I was sure there was a problem with the food. I have been developing my own natural medicine products for many years and have common medical knowledge. So, I kept drinking water to relieve symptoms. Soon, I was too painful to sit down and curled up on the floor of the aisle, moaning in pain. When a passing stewardess saw it, she immediately said: "I will help you call a doctor now." Calling a doctor for patients on an airplane is a humanitarian act that every airline will do, but the request to call a doctor for me was rejected. A Chief stewardess came over and told me: "We can't call a doctor for you." Later, I began to vomit several times and vomited all the food I ate. After I vomited, several groups of people came to see what I vomited, but no doctor came to see me from beginning to end. While I was suffering on the plane, my younger brother had been severely beaten and maimed by CCP agents on the ground in Shanghai. They broke his hands and his feet and also broke his skull. He fell into a pool of blood and almost died. Seeing that two sons were poisoned and beaten to be paralyzed in bed for seeking justice, my parents were in extreme grief.
4. Blew up civil airliners and killed international partners
After the two incidents of poisoning me on the plane and beating my younger brother on the ground, I began to seek justice from the Ministry of State Security of the People's Republic of China and the Shanghai Municipal Government, asking them to punish the culprits, apologize, and compensate. From October 2000 to the Lunar New Year 2002 (February 12-26, 2002), I wrote many letters to them, including registered letters, but I was just a commoner without power and influence. The CCP bureaucrats simply ignored my complaints and didn’t even give me a routine reply. Therefore, in March 2002, I began to seek justice through the partner of the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) in the United States because the partners should be more open and fairer in their dealings with each other to establish credibility, especially with foreign partners; besides, poisoning passengers on international flights is a felony violating international law and aviation law, all airlines will investigate and respond to such incidents. It just so happens that my ticket was bought from Northwest Airlines, a partner of Air China (Air China is responsible for the air flight, and Northwest Airlines is responsible for the ticketing and ground handling of the United States). I was sure that Air China would respond quickly to me through the assistance of Northwest Airlines in the investigation and handling of this poisoning incident. In order to ensure that the Chinese side has a correct understanding of this incident, I also attached a Chinese appeal letter addressed to Liu Jianfeng, Director General of CAAC. Sure enough, I received a letter from Northwest Airlines. In addition to apologizing for the incident, they also told me, "CONFIDENT YOU WILL BE HEARING FROM AIR CHINA SOON." But within a few days, on April 15, 2002, what I received was not Air China’s response to the poisoning incident but the news that Air China Flight 129 hit a mountain in Busan, South Korea (see the pictures below). I am very convinced that this was the retaliation of MSS agents against CAAC. The later revealed facts also proved that this was a man-made calamity. Under the careful planning of MSS agents, the originally scheduled Captain Li went to Tianjin to have a banquet all night and was temporarily replaced by Wu Xinlu, an MSS agent in CAAC. Because this kind of thing was done in secret, even Air China management did not know about the captain's change, which caused the captain’s name to be faxed to South Korea to be inconsistent with the actual one. During the landing of the plane, Wu Xinlu repeatedly neither responded to the co-pilot's questions nor adopted his suggestions. Even after the plane flew out of the airport’s safety zone, Wu still ignored the co pilot's "must go around" warning, causing the aircraft to crash into the 204-meter-high hillside 4.8 km away from the airport. After the plane hit the mountain, the special agent captain and 37 others who evacuated immediately survived; the two co-pilots and six flight attendants who were assisting the evacuation of passengers on the plane were killed in the explosion along with 121 passengers.
Less than a month after Air China’s Busan bombing on April 15th, on May 7, 2002, at 9:24 pm, a McDonnell Douglas A-82 passenger plane from Beijing to Dalian exploded over Dalian Bay. All 112 people on board were killed, and the cause of the accident was my business partner Zhang Pilin, who set fire to the plane for seven insurance policies with a sum of 1.4 million yuan, about 170,000 USD (see the pictures below). On May 7, Zhang was rushed to Beijing by CCP agents, and he did not even have time to tell his wife. It was not until that evening that he told his wife over the phone, "I am at the Capital Airport. There is nothing special, and wait for me to get home." On the plane, he also texted his wife the flight number. In the eyes of colleagues, Zhang Pilin was a "very kind and smart person"; Zhang's father-in-law, who spent his late life with the young couple, called this family "a happy home where his daughter and son-in-law live in harmony." Would a person with a good personality behave in such extreme ways? Besides, his family was not short of money. His wife is in a high-paying class in a securities company. He himself was a senior executive of a state-owned enterprise. He also opened a decoration company a few months ago and received almost 10 orders around Labor Day on May 1. There is no reason to lose his 37-year old life for 1.4 million RMB. Undoubtedly, this was another man-made disaster made by CCP agents. The CCP agents put the blame on my partner for blowing up the plane just to make excuses for their crimes of poisoning me on the plane and to punish Liu Jianfeng, the Director General of CAAC, and nothing else. Less than two weeks after the Dalian bombing, the Chinese Communist regime removed Liu Jianfeng from the post of director general on May 20, 2002. Since then, I have never received any information from CAAC regarding the investigation of poisoning me on Air China's international flight. After the Dalian bombing on May 7, the CCP agents immediately monitored Zhang Pilin's family members in a hotel without trial and judgment and prevented them from seeing the remains. It was not until 7 months later, on December 6, 2002, that the CCP formally announced the investigation results: "An investigation and thorough verification determined that the May 7 air disaster was an act of sabotage created when passenger Zhang Pilin set a fire" before allowing family members to collect the remains and return home.
My other partner, Sun Linqiao, like many of my relatives and friends, was directly killed by CCP agents with poison. Soon after his death, they also killed his wife with poison and then carved up the Shanghai Zhongyi Construction Group, which Sun had set up and devoted all his life, and assigned the parts of the divided group to their agents.

VII. The bloody persecution of my family
In order to find evidence that I acted as an agent for foreign countries, the Chinese Communist regimes have been conducting comprehensive investigations and bloody persecution of my family, relatives, and friends. They killed a large number of people related to me, including my parents, wife, younger brother, relatives, mentors, students, business partners, and other friends.
1. Use violence to plant an agent in my family
In order to investigate and persecute my family, the Chinese Communist regimes first forced my second sister to marry their agent, Cai Zhilong. Cai is the director of Shanghai Xinglang Garment Factory. My second sister manages the factory's embroidery department. She is an embroidered expert, very smart and dexterous. All of her embroidered works were awarded A Plus by Shanghai Embroidery Company. Cai Zhilong strongly wooed my second sister and asked his client, Sun Xiaohong, to help persuade her, but both were rejected by my second sister. Since soft persuasion failed, the CCP resorted to violence. They ordered her husband, who is the party branch secretary of the Chenxing Grain Management Station, a gentle and family-loving man, to divorce my second sister, and also ordered him to go to the factory to beat her in front of the employees, forcing her to move back to the house she bought. Later, under Sun Xiaohong's continuous persuasion, she married Cai Zhilong.
2. Demolished my houses and took my property
After marrying my second sister, Cai Zhilong became a super member of my family. With his cooperation, the CCP regime destroyed my parents, my brother, and my family. In order to harm my offspring, with Cai’s cooperation, the CCP strongly facilitated the marriage of Sun Xiaohong’s daughter and my son. In order to prevent my son from being further harmed by the marriage between the two families, I disagree with this marriage. However, the CCP agents made use of my parents to preside over my son’s wedding ceremony. All people in this world regard houses and lands as their lives, and these are strongly protected by law. But these lawless evil regimes have been looking for opportunities to take my property. In 2004, the Chinese Communist regimes officially announced that they would host the 2010 World Expo and built the so-called World Expo Homes in my hometown, Lixiang Village, Pujiang Town (formerly Chenhang Town), Minhang District, Shanghai, in the same year. The local government demolished my two double-story houses and two bungalows and took away my lands in the absence of my approved contract or power of attorney document. Then they instructed Sun Xiaohong to sell two of the three compensation suites—provided in exchange for my demolished properties—to my second sister. The remaining one has been rented by Sun to the owner of a restaurant in Shanghai as an employee dormitory for his 22 employees.
3. Killed my wife after she exposed and criticized me
Like the former leaders of the Chinese Communist Party, Jiang Zemin-Zeng Qinghong’s old Shanghai Gang and Xi Jinping’s new Shanghai Gang also destroyed my family relationship and forced my family to expose and criticize me. IT'S JUST THAT THE LEADERS OF THE SHANGHAI GANG ARE EVILER AND CRUELER THAN THEIR PREDECESSORS: AFTER EXPOSING AND CRITICIZING ME, THEY KILLED ALL MY FAMILY MEMBERS. The first person to bear the brunt was my wife, an uneducated and honest farmer, who was introduced to me by my relative when I was engaged in agriculture during the Chinese Cultural Revolution. After I went to study in the United States, I asked my school to prepare her visa documents and asked her to come to the United States to live with me, but her visa application was rejected by the U.S. Consulate in Shanghai. Since then, she has lived in Shanghai with my parents in harmony. I often sent her the money I had saved while working in the United States. In order to obtain my evidence from her, the CCP agents destroyed the parent child relationship between her and my parents and ordered her to expose my crime of serving foreign countries. My parents were very sad about this. In order to restore the original good family relationship, they specially asked her cousin, who was a leader in a company, to come to my house to persuade her to change her mind. But her cousin was killed by a CCP agent with poison after returning home, and she also left my house under the careful planning of the CCP agent to live with a man from my alma mater, Shanghai Normal University. But I was sure that she did this under the pressure of the CCP, so I still sent her money as usual, looking forward to her return to my parent's home one day. Since she was unable to expose the so-called crimes the CCP accused me of, Cai Zhilong took her to Shanghai Shanghai Zhuang Hospital for treatment of so-called hepatitis after the CCP agents poisoned her and killed her on the night of June 20, 1992. She was so young and died of non-fatal hepatitis, which aroused great indignation among our family, relatives, and friends. For this reason, CCP agents used the same hepatitis virus guise to kill her sister, who was about the same age as her, and her nephew, who was much younger than her.
4. Killed my father with poison under the guise of injecting nutrient solution
After my wife died, the CCP agents began to order my father to expose my crimes. Since my father could not tell them any bad things about me, they ordered my father to write letters to scold and criticize me, saying that I was "the misfortune of our family." "told me to "stop criticizing and attacking the Chinese government immediately." Otherwise, I would "be utterly discredited and become a stinky national sinner." I didn't believe these were what my gentleman father said. My father was an orphan. He was sent as a child laborer to live under another's roof and developed a humble and elegant manner. But he loved to learn very much and had been studying hard by himself since he was a child. Therefore, his knowledge was better than that of the folks who had been educated in school. He was the only teacher in our village at the time and later became the principal of the junior elementary school and senior elementary school, as well as President of Chenhang Central School, which managed dozens of schools in the Chenhang area. He also served as the editor-in-chief of Chenhang's chronicle. However, my father's obedience to the CCP regimes did not exchange their pity. They cheated him into injecting nutrient solution at the local medical center through the agent planted in my family and killed him with poison in just a few minutes. Since my father's scolding of me failed to prevent me from criticizing the CCP, they used the despicable method of killing my father to intimidate me. But my view of life is justice is as great as heaven, and freedom is more precious than life. Since the people are not afraid of death, threatening them with death is futile.
5. Killed my mother with a scalpel by cheating her to remove a small lipoma
Since the death of my father, my mother has persuaded me several times, telling me to "stop fighting with the government," saying, "The civilians do not fight with the officials as ordinary people will never win." Mother was the person I respected most, and I couldn’t refuse her. Mother was also the smartest person in my family, and she knew very well in her mind that as long as her son saw the right way, he would not look back; she also knew in her heart that her beloved husband was killed by the government with poison. Later, my mother announced to me over the phone that she "severed the mother-child relationship with me and no longer recognized me as her son." The CCP agents cruelly forced a kind mother to cut the relationship with her beloved son. Such an evil regime without humanity! My mother was born in a small village in the countryside of Jiangsu Province. She was very smart since she was a child. Her father was a very talented Taoist priest but died young. Therefore, she has used embroidery to support her family since she was a child. Because of her superb embroidery skills, she was selected to make embroidery crafts in Shanghai Embroidery Crafts Company. After getting married, she took care of her children while doing farm work, and she was also a good farmer. The folks all respected her very much, saying that she was "smart and diligent; capable and kind." Frankly speaking, she is the most perfect woman I have ever seen. My father taught in a school far away from home and didn't go home often. I didn't have grandparents to help with housework and farming. My family relied on my mother alone to take care of 5 children while doing farm work. She was the most industrious person in our village and worked all year round: she did farm work during the day and made shoes, knitted sweaters, and did needlework for the whole family at night; on rainy days, she spun and wove cotton cloth to prepare the fabric for the clothes; she would make delicious dim sum on holidays and shared with neighbors. My mother had a good cooking skill. Occasionally, my father would invite teachers to my house as guests. At this time, she would cook a lot of delicious meals to entertain the guests. She only ate in the kitchen, but she would ask me to dine with the teachers and get advice on my writing from them. I am the eldest child in my family. My mother wanted me to go to the fields every day to pick fodder for pigs and sheep and sometimes helped with farm work, which prevented me from playing and doing homework. When I complained that my father didn't help with housework, she persuaded me, "Father is in charge of the big family, and mother is in charge of the small one. Children can only do great things when they grow up through hardships." The mother dedicated her life to her beloved husband, children, and the land that raised her without leaving herself a little bit, but this evil regime could not even tolerate such a lady! The CPC agents lied to her to go to the hospital to remove a small lipoma, and they did not allow me, her eldest son, and my younger brother, her guardian, to sign the operation contract and had Cai Zhilong, the husband of my second sister and a CPC agent, take her there to undergo a very expensive so-called cancer operation. After the operation, my mother, a healthy person who exercised and did housework every day, was dying. For this reason, I was very angry and scolded this murder hospital over the phone dozens of times.
6. The CCP killed my younger brother and sister-in-law and sank them in a river
The main reason why my mother announced to sever the mother-child relationship with me over the phone at that time was to protect her youngest son from the bloody persecution of the Chinese communist regime. However, the CCP agents still didn't let off this petty citizen who was not interested in politics. They violated the traditional Chinese ethics of "The elder brother must take care of the younger brother, and the younger brother must respect the elder brother," ordering my younger brother to expose and criticize me, and then elaborated a murder plan: kill him and a woman together, and sink their bodies in a river. First, they bought a cheap used car for my brother through their agent, then rented a house next to my house for my uncle's youngest son and daughter-in-law, and ordered their agent, the daughter-in-law, to associate with my brother. On the evening of January 21, 2011, the daughter-in-law asked my brother to take her to a secret place to play mahjong, where CCP agents killed them with poison. Then they stuffed their bodies into my brother's car and sank the car in the Central River of my hometown. My brother was an upright man and never had an extramarital affair, but he was extremely filial to his parents and cared for relatives and friends. He just treated this sister-in-law as his own sister. After their deaths, relatives, and friends of the two families searched for them for more than 20 days but did not find them. Because the road leading to the Central River was a dead end, no one would go there. Later, under the guidance of CCP agents, the family members pulled their bodies up from the bottom of the river on February 14.
On January 21, 2011, Shanghai State Security killed my younger brother and my uncle’s daughter-in-law, put their bodies in my brother’s car and pushed them into the Central River中心河.

VIII. The CCP regimes exporting the Red Terror abroad
For many years, the CCP has been ordering political prostitutes and political swindlers to persecute me and export Red Terror abroad.
1. The CCP destroyed my job with vile sexual bribes
I have loved traditional Chinese culture since I was a child because it reflects the truth, virtue, and beauty of the five thousand years of Chinese civilization. I have also been studying classic Chinese and traditional Chinese medicine and trying to promote them to benefit the people.
After being forced to close my Panda Delight (I personally designed and developed this Chinese restaurant), I came to work as the general manager of a traditional Chinese medicine company called Princess Lifestyle in 2000. The owner, Jota, is a Chinese-American from Vietnam. He has a partner from mainland China named Si Ge. There, I helped them develop TCM products, including naming the products and writing product advertisements and articles for media such as radio, television, and newspapers. I also help them sell the products directly and provide health advice to the public at ginseng and herbal shops, pharmacies, and malls. At that time, the company only had one product, which was a traditional Chinese medicine for women. I helped them develop a product for men and a product for allergies. And hosted a press release and reception for a new product at 888 Seafood Restaurant in Los Angeles.
Later, a short and slightly fat woman came to the company. She was the CCP agent, Lili Liu. She also came here to work after leaving a Chinese restaurant, but she did not know traditional Chinese medicine. She spoke vulgarly and made pornographic jokes from time to time. She was a person with almost no education and could only speak but not write Chinese. She once asked me to modify a product advertisement she wrote; it was just too bad to read. She was slovenly at work, arrived late and left early every day, and sometimes simply did not come. I strongly felt that her purpose in coming here was to destroy my work. However, the company bosses admired her very much because she told them that she had close relationships with senior Chinese officials and could help them expand their business in China. But instead of admiring her like my bosses did, I was disgusted by what she said. She has neither talent nor beauty. Why should senior CCP officials want to establish close relationships with her? She just pretended to have close ties with senior CCP officials as instructed by CCP intelligence agents in order to increase her value and attract Americans. She's just a low-level political swindler. Soon, Liu destroyed my job through sexual bribery. Jota removed my position as general manager; Si Ge moved my stuff to a small table in the corner of the office and gave my computer and desk to a mainland Chinese man introduced by Liu. After I left, the company signed a cooperation agreement with a CCP enterprise and became their agent.
2. The CCP stole my intellectual property
After leaving the Princess Lifestyle company in 2000, I started developing my own product line - the Life Care series (生命寶 in Chinese), including Life Care, LiverCare, SexCare, GlucoCare, and OsteoCare. Unfortunately, the brazen regime has misappropriated the names of these products. (They often break into my apartment to search for my privacy, track my computer, check my cell phone, and read my diary—even once they took my diary and cell phone. So here I am, not enjoying several inalienable rights endowed by the Creator. Among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness.) They instructed Hong Kong Wanshang Investment Group to invest in Shenzhen 生命宝 Technology Co., Ltd., and use multi-level marketing to promote 生命宝 throughout the country. Later, the CCP handed over 生命宝 to Shenzhen Shenbotai Biotechnology Co., Ltd. as a key product for vigorous promotion and established an academician workstation there to allow academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences to endorse the product. They also tasked Hong Kong Baptist University, the Institute of Microbiology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, South China Agricultural University, and Shenzhen University to cooperate with Shenzhen Shenbotai Biotechnology Co., Ltd. to establish an industry-academic-research innovation alliance there.

The CCP established the "Guangdong Provincial Marine Biotechnology Academician Workstation" there, allowing academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences to endorse the product.
In the United States, the CCP also misappropriated my Care Series, allowing Lily Liu, a low-level swindler who dares to talk nonsense on the public media, to deceive the American people with this fake Care Series. In live interviews on multiple radio stations, she boasted that a product in her Care Series - LiverCare - has been included in the mainstream US Medicare system, and shamelessly said that this is the result of her more than 20 years of hard work.

After Lily Liu left the Princess Life Company, she borrowed a Chinese medicine company to do business, which has an anti-allergy product. She asked me to help her develop the business, saying that in order to free up a position for me, she even fired her assistant, Grace Zhang, who used to be the general manager of a Chinese medicine company. How can there be such a shameless woman in the world who destroys a person's job with sexual bribes and then asks this person to work for her? I will never work for a person who has no moral bottom line. In fact, she has neither the medical knowledge to serve consumers nor the wisdom to develop products, so she can only do illegal and dishonest business in the United States by deceiving the public and stealing other people's intellectual property. Over the years, she has often spread false health information in several Chinese media in the United States, causing people's dissatisfaction, including the doctors who once worked with me, who said she was just misleading people. For example, when the hosts of 1430 Cantonese Radio asked her how long it took her products to see results? She said it would work in 2 days at most. This is deceiving the audience because traditional Chinese medicine takes time to gradually regulate the body's functions. She once told the audience on the 1300 Mandarin radio that according to the principles of traditional Chinese medicine, people with cold nature should eat more Rehmanniae, and people with hot nature should eat more Rehmanniae Preparara. In fact, the opposite is true. What's more outrageous is that she went so far as to ask people on 54 multiple radio stations to buy her products to prevent COVID-19 during the pandemic because the virus enters the body through the blood vessels of the eyes, and his products can protect those blood vessels. These stations have broad audiences, and anyone with common sense who speaks on the radio is concerned about public repercussions. But she acted like a clown on the radio, calling herself a tumbler.
3. The CCP uses political prostitutes and swindlers to make Americans kill Americans
I used to cooperate with Jen-on Medical Group to sell my products in shopping malls, but Dr. William Chang, the chairman of the group, was killed by poison when he returned to Taiwan to visit his mother. I'm pretty sure that the agents killed him based on the shit intelligence that the Chinese Communists' political prostitute and swindler had obtained from high-level Chinese officials. After his death, his clinic and ginseng herbal shop closed, and his company was delisted from the New York Stock Exchange (perhaps his company was the only traditional Chinese medicine company listed on the stock exchange market). Dr. Chang loves America and Taiwan so much I don't believe he is an agent for the CCP at all. The CCP just killed him this way through political prostitute and swindler. Dr. Chang is the most accomplished TCM expert I have ever met. He has developed a complete line of traditional Chinese medicine products and has provided over 200 high-quality Chinese herbal formulas for licensed acupuncturists, doctors of traditional Chinese medicine, and consumers as well. He has published complete Chinese medicine formulas and explanations, such as the Reference Guide of Commonly Used Herbal Formulas, for Chinese medicine practitioners and Chinese medicine researchers. He successfully researched, designed, and patented the WC-1 Low-Temperature Vacuum Reflux Extraction-Concentration System (Patent No.5503810 and 5466454), which constituted a remarkable breakthrough in the field of Traditional Chinese Medicine production technology. He was a doctor with superb medical skills and high moral character, and he was very amiable and willing to help others. But the agents deceived him to Taiwan through his mother on the grounds that she was unwell and killed him there. He died just in his 50s, which is the prime of his life. I am quite sure that the agents killed Dr. Chang through the information provided by the political prostitute Lily Liu that Dr. Chang was a CCP spy. However, because all the information provided by the prostitute was false, it was impossible to find evidence to prosecute him and try him in court, and the agents could only kill him secretly.

Later, I cooperated with Xiangyang Medical Group to sell products in 99 Ranch Market, and sometimes, I personally went there to promote products. However, Dr. Bao Xiangyang, owner of the group from mainland China, actually denied stocking my products. Therefore, I sued his company. During the trial in court, he asked a Chinese-speaking American as his interpreter and ordered his staff to testify in perjury. In the end, he won the lawsuit. Not only did I not get the products back, I didn't even get the payment for the products I sold there. I am pretty sure that the judge knew that the statement made by the mainland Chinese boss was false and that his employee provided perjury. However, the judge respected what the government officials said and accepted their opinions. So, after government officials provided the judge with false information from the CCP political prostitute and swindler, he made a judgment against me. Before this trial, the CCP had instructed Dr. Bao Kexin, the president of the American Academy of Traditional Medicine, to persuade me to withdraw this case several times and warned me with a couple of examples of the plaintiff receiving vicious retaliation from the defendant. However, it was impossible for me to withdraw the case under the intimidation of the CCP. Therefore, it’s not that the American judicial system is unfair, nor is the judge lacking wisdom. It’s just that the CCP prostitutes and swindlers are too evil. They are not only doing everything possible to bribe American government officials, but they are also corrupting the U.S. judicial system.
However, I am sure that those agents did not give Dr. Bao Xiangyang all the results of winning the legal battle. They only gave him the sales money for the products sold there and used the products I stored there to support my other partner, Dr. Bao Kexin, from mainland China. However, Dr. Baokexin’s clinic is not in a bustling shopping mall. But he was publishing a Chinese medical communication, Chinese Medicine Science, and I was planning to publish a medical newsletter in English (later, I published Life Care Tribune) so that I could promote my products to everyone. I have asked him to invest a little money several times, and I will not let him bear the loss, just to show his sincerity, because the partnership without capital investment is only nominal and will not be mutually beneficial. But he refused to invest even a small amount of money in my company.
Ruby Yeh and her husband from Taiwan run Health One Pharmaceuticals in the city of El Monte, USA. Because it is near my home in El Monte, I asked her to produce products for me. In order to fundamentally destroy my business, she was later killed under the guise of cancer, and her factory was closed afterward. Since then, I have not found a pharmaceutical factory willing to produce products for me in the Greater Los Angeles area. Undoubtedly, she was also killed by those government agents and was also a victim of false information from the CCP's political prostitutes and swindlers. Ruby Yeh is also a very good Taiwanese entrepreneur. She is both competent and kind. She helped me a lot during my development of the Care series and gave me a very good price, which allowed me to successfully produce my product line. The young and promising woman was in her 40s when she died.
I often went to shopping malls, supermarkets, and herbal shops for health consultations and environmental protection publicity, and I donated all the contributions that people made during the consultation to the local Red Cross, Salvation Army, and other charitable foundations.
4. Like my home in mainland China, the CCP also planted a criminal in my home in the United States to harm me and my family members
My brother-in-law once asked me to help him in the clothing business because he does not understand English. His daughter Jennifer was the CEO of the company and was responsible for the company's operations. I was the president and helped her solve problems that occurred during the business, including verifying the company's income tax and handling company documents. (for example, she once forgot to pay tax for her client ISK. I went there to check the transactions and made up for the Tax), to ensure the company is running properly. We worked together for about a year, during which time the company ran well and made good profits. In order to kick me out of the company, the CCP especially helped my brother-in-law's best friend and his former boss, Peng Bilin, to open a garment factory in Guangdong, China. Then, under the instructions of the CCP, Peng introduced the car dealer, Henry Chan, to Jennifer and strongly persuaded her to marry him. Soon after their marriage, Chan kicked me out of the company and let a woman from Guang Dong, China, take over my position. Chan is a criminal who illegally runs his car buying and selling business and defrauds customers. After he took over the clothing business, he also did business illegally, and finally, the company was forced to declare bankruptcy after being fined a lot of money. But this CCP criminal who did business illegally and defrauded customers and the government went unpunished because those agents needed him to continue persecuting me, and Jennifer was soon killed in her early 20s under the guise of cancer. The poor girl escaped the Khmer Rouge genocide in 1979 but still can't escape dying at a young age in America. Soon after Jennifer's death, Chan started living with a girlfriend who was a nurse and had a steady job.
5. Can't do my restaurant business
I have loved learning and doing business since I was a child. When I was a farmer in mainland China, I was doing business while studying by myself, including learning ancient Chinese culture and English, planting herbs, and doing family animal husbandry. In business, I will try my best to use the knowledge I have learned to do a creative business because "wisdom is property, and creativity creates the market." I also hope to use my knowledge and innovation to occupy a place in the American market. I once opened a Chinese restaurant named PANDA DELIGHT in the Greater Los Angeles area. In order to attract people's attention, I made two panda-themed billboards in front of the restaurant. After the restaurant opened, business was brisk. I started looking for a place to open a chain in the same way. Just then, Andrew Cherng, the owner of Panda Express, called me and did not allow me to do business in the name of PANDA DELIGHT. I told him that there was no similarity between the two panda restaurants: My restaurant was trying to provide delicious food. Your restaurant was dedicated to providing fast food service. Our logo was a panda enjoying food under the bamboo. Your logo was a panda sitting in a circle. In addition, the name of panda is used all over the world. You are not the first person to do business in the name of a panda. I am not the last person to use the name. You are still opening panda stores across the country, including the place existing panda stores. But he did not listen to my explanation, saying that he would use legal procedures to solve the problem. Soon, I received a letter from his law firm demanding an immediate cessation of using the panda mark: “Should you want to avoid expensive litigation, you must immediately cease and desist from using the PANDA DELIGHT mark and panda bear logo.” They also wanted us to provide “a full accounting of the sales attributed to the food services sold under the PANDA DELIGHT mark.” He is the owner of a large Chinese restaurant group with hundreds of stores. He has enough funds to resort to expensive litigation. I thought over and over again that an old Chinese proverb came to my mind. "Choose a situation where others are unfair to you, rather than one where you are unfair to others." and closed the PANDA DELIGHT. But I was heartbroken for a long time.

6. Staging car accidents to harm me and my family
For many years, these evil CCP prostitutes and crooks have been using all means to bribe and deceive Americans and use them to persecute me in America. So, I can neither do a business, find a job to support my family, nor live a safe life on this land. The officials occasionally have staged car accidents to destroy and damage our cars, making the poor family’s financial situation even worse. So far, there have been eight car accidents in my family, completely destroyed four cars and damaged four cars. After my son graduated from college in August 2013, these officials began to plan a car accident to hurt a big boy who had not even started his career yet. On October 12, 2013, they ordered a woman to make a collision with my son in the driveway. This is a very safe residential area with stop signs and 30-mile speed limit signs on both sides. It is impossible to cause a car accident except a staged one; actually, there has been no car accident here before. In fact, they meticulously planned the accident by parking tall cars on the left side of the driveway to block my son's view and calling my son for an urgent job interview. After the accident, the other party's Mercury insurance company continuously wrote letters to my son asking him to make a claim, but he did not want to do it. To my surprise, our AAA insurance company later paid $ 8313.77 for the minor scratch to the other party without a police report. It once again hurt this poor family; we had to save a sum of money to repair the car as we only had liability insurance. The AAA also compensated the other party $11,500 for her bodily injuries. I really cannot understand this no-accident residential area with stop and 30 mph speed limit signs on both sides. How could a minor scratch cause bodily injury?
On October 13, 2016, at 7:30 AM, another accident happened. A truck with a trailer collided with our car when my son was waiting for the traffic light at the crossroads on his way to work. This was a big collision; the truck damaged the car’s back part and crushed the windshield (see the car photos below). However, the adjustor of the truck company (Ryder) did not want to pay for our damage as their driver stated that my son's car had actually hit the truck. I called Ryder's supervisor and told her that the truck driver’s statement was a lie and he had lied from the very beginning. He did not give my son his driver’s license, proof of insurance, and vehicle registration, which were in violation of federal and California law, and my son gave him all three of these documents. Finally, Ryder agreed to pay all of our losses. After lengthy negotiations and numerous documents, I claimed $5200 for car repair and $1,800 for car rental from Ryder (after the accident, several law firms wanted to represent us to seek compensation from the insurance company, but my son did not want to claim for bodily injury, so no law firm was willing to help us settle the claim). We spent a lot of time handling the accident, but my son did not want to claim wage loss, and I was unemployed anyhow. On January 5, 2017, the protracted nightmare was finally over after I returned a sum of $ 315.58 overpaid car rental fee to Ryder. (See the car photo below)

7. Lacing poison in my leftovers in the refrigerator
They have occasionally done bad things in my apartment. They put bad stuff into my leftover food because they know that I live in poverty and do not waste any good food. Some bad stuff, such as bacteria and viruses, I will not know immediately, but the poison-laced in the leftovers makes me feel pain and discomfort immediately. On January 18, 2020, they laced poison in my leftover in the refrigerator, so I have been feeling pain since I ate it. I had to see a specialist gastroenterologist and my attending doctor, underwent an ultrasound examination to find out the problems inside my body, and took medicines to kill the bacteria found in my body through medical tests (police report # 20-003132). This kind of incident happened to me before. On March 18, 2018, I ate leftovers from the refrigerator after I returned from the library. My face and neck swelled immediately. I had to see a doctor and call for a police report (case # 18-013779). Recently, they started to put poison in my food in other places where food was provided. Recently, after eating some food given by a Chinese woman at a local food center, I experienced severe pain and persistent diarrhea. The food was very fresh, and I was very sure they put poison in the food. Therefore, I again reported to the police station and asked them to investigate the incident (Police Report #20-043597). I live a healthy life and strictly adhere to health regulations, especially the food I eat, to help me stay healthy. Over the years, I have also provided people with health counseling when launching the "Care for Life, Protect Earth" promotion in the States and abroad.
After several such horrific incidents happened, I asked my landlord and apartment manager to let me watch the surveillance video to find out who had entered my apartment and poisoned my food, and they agreed. But I waited for a long time, and they just wouldn't let me watch the video. After I asked several times, the manager asked me to give him specific dates so that he could let me watch the footage of those dates, and I told him that I wanted to watch the tapes of January 18, 2020, and March 18, 2018. They later sent a professional to review the surveillance footage, and the apartment manager told me that this person would not let me view the footage.
8. Suffered from flooding in the apartment and damage to the bathroom
These officials also often colluded with the apartment manager to damage the sewer, bathroom, and toilet in my apartment, so we had to drain the water on the floor day and night and bathe in the bucket filled with warm water instead of the bathroom. Sometimes, they deliberately didn't come for repairs for months, leaving us suffering from flooding in the apartment and damage to the bathroom for a long time. In early September 2013, they damaged my bathroom and extremely delayed the repairs. Since the family needed a bath every day, I immediately asked the apartment manager to repair the bathroom. But he just made a big hole in the wall without repairing it. They didn't repair the bathroom until the end of that year. The same incident happened again in 2016. One night, the apartment manager told us that he had made a hole in the wall because of the bathroom failure but had no time to fix it. They also deliberately delayed several months fixing the bathroom.

9. A monitoring device was implanted in my body
On May 17, 2016, I went to Huntington Hospital in Los Angeles to undertake an inguinal hernia repair operated by Dr. Wes Powell. Inguinal hernia repair is the most common procedure in general surgery, and people who undergo the hernia surgery can come back to work in a few days, but I had acute pain, a lot of bleeding, and needed immediate medical care after the surgery. In a couple of months after the surgery, I still have pain and discomfort in the umbilical and right inguinal areas. For the umbilical area pain, I found there is a firm device that Dr. Powell implanted in the area during the surgery on May 17, 2016. I consulted my primary care physician, and he checked the firm device and suggested I should not undergo a second surgery to take the thing out, but he asked me to obtain a professional opinion from a surgical specialist. Then, I visited a laparoscopic surgical expert afterward. He confirmed the firm stuff underneath the navel, and he also found a palpable mesh in the right groin, but he strongly recommended I not remove the firm stuff, and he guaranteed that any further surgery would only make symptoms worse. This means that I have to suffer the pain and discomfort for life. I am very angry about this, and only animals can be implanted tracking devices in their bodies; humankind only wears tracking devices as they all deserve universal human rights. Authorities only use a GPS-enabled ankle bracelet monitor to keep tabs on a criminal after release from jail or prison. The government officials well know they will not get anything from the tracking device as they are doing the wrong things, but it is a signal for the surgeon to treat me as an animal during the surgery. On December 26, 2016, I sent him a demand letter asking him to apologize and compensate me for the implantation of devices in my body because it not only violated the Constitution and medical laws but also did not conform to medical ethics, but he did not give me any answer.
10. Injected harmful substances into my body
All these things are very bad examples of human rights abuses conducted by government officials, but the worst thing is that they cooperated with my primary care doctor to inject harmful substances into my body. On April 11, 2019, I went to Aurora Medical Center in El Monte to see Dr. Wang Yong and asked him to inject steroids into my left middle finger to relieve the discomfort caused by arthritis, but he wanted to do it next time. After he injected steroids for me during my second visit to the medical center on April 24, 2019, I felt dull pain and bloating in my body, and the color of my finger turned white. Therefore, I called the medical center and asked a medical assistant to check if the doctor had injected the wrong medicine, but they did not give me a reply. Due to the continuous dull pain and bloating, I went to the Medical Center to see Dr. Wang on May 10, but he did not show up. The assistant there wrote down my problems and contact information, saying that the medical center would call me back, but I waited for a few weeks, and they did not contact me. On June 14, I went to see Dr. Wang again, but he still did not come to see me, so I left a written notice requesting an appointment with the doctor for treatment. Since they were unable to arrange an appointment with Dr. Wang for me, I went to the medical center on July 5 and asked them to pay $ 129 for the medicine prescribed by another doctor (the medicine was not covered by my medical insurance), but they refused to do so. Steroids are widely used to treat rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, asthma, allergies, and many other conditions, and have a reputation as an American steroid elixir. "Steroids are often extremely in relieving the pain and other symptoms of inflammatory arthritis and other forms of rheumatic disease. Besides, steroids are safe and work well if the medicine is taken as recommended by physicians.”
My own experience also proves that the drugs are very effective. On June 22, 2015, I saw a Chinese clinic, Aurora Medical Center 極光醫療中心 when I walked along Lower Azusa Road in El Monte. I entered the clinic and asked them to treat the arthritis of my right thumb as a walk-in patient. Dr. Wang Yong, owner of the clinic, injected steroids into the thumb and suggested that I could inject twice a week. But I only went to the medical center to inject this medicine once, and the arthritis of the thumb was cured. And so far, there has been no recurrence. I am sure that Dr. Wang Yong injected bad substances into the finger during my second visit to the center to treat the arthritis of my left middle finger, which is causing dull pain and bloating in my body and the color of my finger to turn white. Moreover, the symptoms still exist today and may never be cured.
11. Can't find a professional job
Living and working in peace and contentment is a must for a good society. Only with good employment can there be a stable society and a prosperous country. Besides not allowing me to live a safe life, these power-abusing government officials also have been trying in every possible way to destroy my employment and prevent me from making a living in the United States. I worked hard to find a job in my professional Chinese education at a college. Some American universities appreciated my teaching ability and told me that I was a suitable candidate, but in the end, they didn’t hire me. Among them, Harvard University specifically sent me a postal mail on October 13, 2010, and told me: “We will keep your application active until June 30th, 2011, and automatically include your application in any Chinese Drill Instructor search during that time." But there was no favorable news after that. Later, I applied for such a job several times, but all of them were rejected by Harvard University's Search Committee by email.

12. Destroyed general labor
I have also looked for commission-based sales positions to earn money for a living. Group 1 Automotive, Inc. is an international Fortune 500 automotive retailer. Its Los Angeles branch has been recruiting auto salespersons with high commissions, and no previous experience is required. So, I worked there as a car salesman. As I was unemployed for a long time, I cherished this job very much. I worked 7 days a week there, trying to earn enough money to support my family. In the evening, I studied the car manuals at home and passed the tests for sales certifications of various models. I also helped my American colleagues solve the problems in testing and pass the certificate exams. I got along well with my colleagues. Whenever customers came, I always asked my colleagues to meet them first. When they encountered difficulties in the transaction, I was also happy to lend them a hand. On the day of 2011’s Lunar New Year, I entertained my colleagues for dinner to thank them for being friendly to me and providing me with the opportunity to earn a living. Later, a group of Chinese people from Canada came to our company and wanted me to help them buy a GTR, the highest-grade luxury car. Our company did not have an inventory of such vehicles and needed to place an order from the manufacturer in Japan, but I could get a big commission after the transaction. From then on, office manager Gina did not allow me to serve walk-in customers by holding me in the office. She even forbade me from working with the company's computers, thinking I would spy the company's secrets for China. To this end, I was forced to quit the job before the GTR was shipped to the company. When I left, my American colleagues were very reluctant to see me resign from the company, saying that I was the company's best employee.
13. Getting a job just means more economic damage
Because I can't find a job in Los Angeles, I am willing to go to work outside of the state, but to me, finding a job just means more economic damage and a waste of airfare and time. Those companies that invited me to work enthusiastically refused me with various excuses after I booked the ticket. Knowing well that I was very eager to work, these inhumane government officials tricked me by offering jobs. In the Chinese food industry, there is a great need for workers who can speak English, so I tried a cashier position at a Chinese restaurants out of California as I had an English - Chinese bilingual ability and run the Chinese restaurant business before. A lady from Tampa Chinese restaurant called me several times and asked me to work for them as a cashier. Later, the Fujianese boss called me personally and promised me that he would reimburse me for the airfare. But after I booked the air ticket from Los Angeles to Tampa from South West Airlines, neither of them answered my calls ever since. So, I not only could not get the job but also wasted the one-way ticket (the airlines only gave me the credit for the ticket, and later it expired). Because I still could not find a job in Los Angeles, one year later, I again looked for a cashier’s position at a Chinese restaurant outside of California. A Chinese restaurant in Orlando named China in Metro West repeatedly called me for work; the Sichuanese boss also enthusiastically invited me to promote my medicine products in Orlando. But when I arrived at the restaurant, she treated me very coldly and actually did not talk to me. Seeing this, I wanted her company to pay me for the round-trip ticket and let me go back, but they did not want to do that. Then I suggested a compromised solution: let me do the job for a month, and if they were not satisfied with my performance, they would not need to pay for my work. But she was very impolite, “I just do not like you to stand here in my way." I had to book an online ticket by myself and flew back to Los Angeles with four bags of clothes/blankets/books, and a lot of herbal medicine bottles. I thought of wasting so much time and money for nothing, but I thought of it in order to make a living. I was being teased by government officials, and it felt very painful.
14. Even in an industry that serves the dead, I cannot make a living
In order to earn a living and support my family, since January 2013, I had to go to a subsidiary of Texas SCI, Rose Hills Memorial Park in Los Angeles, to do funeral and interment sales that most people are unwilling to do. However, when I was taking English training with an American teacher, the CCP immediately sent a female spy named Jenny Lin to attend this vocational training with me. Like Lily Liu, she couldn't speak English or write Chinese but was good at seducing men. The difference was that Lily Liu was a criminal who owed the Americans a blood debt. I was determined to do everything possible to do this job well to make up for the many debts and responsibilities I have owed to my family over the years. First, after carefully studying the SCI's employee handbook, I designed a bilingual flyer in Chinese and English to attract more customers. Then I took these flyers to promote the company's products to people every day, including weekends and holidays and provided customers with 24-hour service. Through continuous efforts, I have found many clients. Unfortunately, with the cooperation of Rose Hills, these power-abusing officials continued to destroy my work as before. They secretly diverted my customers by offering them discounts and stole my sales orders, so I worked from dawn to dusk every day, spending money and time just earning commissions for others. Jenny Lin, who didn't understand the funeral product sales training, became the company's sales champion. This was a commission-only job. Rose Hills did not pay the sales representative a base salary, so commissions were my only source of income. Selling funeral products is a very difficult job, as people are very taboo to talk about death, but the commission is quite high. Like my clients, Mr. Scott ordered four cemeteries from me at $20,000 each; I could earn a 15% commission from the deal, about $12,000. The other client, Ms. Teresa Lam, ordered 35 cemeteries at the price of $7,400 each; my commission was about $38,000. I really wanted the commissions, which I've put a lot of effort into, to support my living and my family, but I like to solve the problem peacefully in the company, and SCI's policy is “all complaints submitted either openly or anonymously will be treated the same and conduct a prompt, full, and fair investigation.” So, on May 6, 2014, I complained to the Chairman of the Board of SCI, requesting compensation for my economic losses caused by its subsidiary Rose Hills. To my surprise, they not only did not solve the problem but the next day, on May 7, 2014, my manager Scott Ho just terminated me. In order to get back the considerable number of commissions I have worked hard to earn, I went to court to sue Rose Hills. Later, their lawyer asked me to withdraw and settle the case and asked me to propose a compensation amount. But after I withdrew the case, they did not pay me a penny. For this reason, I did not sign a settlement with them. But I told them that after receiving the compensation, I would be happy to sign the agreement; otherwise, I would continue to ask people to help me get the money back. The hard work and the painful litigation in Rose Hill were a heavy blow to me. Under the shadow of the CCP’s red terror, “diligence and wisdom cannot change life.”
15. I have been insulted and accused by my landlord during the pandemic
The CCP and its agents also instigated my landlord to sue me for illegally living in his apartment complex during the difficult times of the coronavirus pandemic. I have lived in this apartment complex since September 1, 2003. This is a very diverse community with low income, but I have a good relationship with my neighbors and often help families in need. During this period, the apartment complex changed three landlords. The first landlord was from Taiwan, and then a Hong Kong landlord. On September 1, 2009, a man from mainland China took over the property. During the pandemic in 2020, tenants either lost their jobs or lost their businesses, but the landlord unreasonably increased the rent by more than US$90, and tenants burst out with many complaints. In 2021, the new coronavirus became even worse, so the US federal and local governments gave relief funds to the people several times in a row, and American landlords have also used various methods to help tenants. However, the landlord once again raised the rent by more than $90, triggering more complaints and anger from tenants. At this time, I organized the tenants to petition the landlord, asking him to cancel this year's rent increase. Not only did he reject my petition on behalf of the tenants, but he also savagely abused me and shouted at me, "Get out!" Even though he was so insulting to a tenant who had supported him for over a decade, he also wanted to harm a poor family financially. On September 17, 2021, he sued our family in Los Angeles Superior Court, saying that I "illegally lived in his apartment complex and he didn't know me," so he wanted me to pay the rent. He also said that I "got rich doing business on his property" and wanted me to return a large amount of the money I made doing business in his complex. Because my family shielded me and hid me from him, they, too, must be accused and punished. He used a rental contract dated September 20, 2012, to prove that I lived there illegally. This was an altered contract that excluded me but did not serve us. It was obviously an illegal contract because I kept all the rental documents and retained an official contract in which he served us on July 23, 2012. This is a real estate businessman with no legal knowledge because deceiving customers with illegal contracts is a crime of fraud; suing customers with a false lease contract will constitute another crime of perjury. As for his accusation that I was getting rich in his complex, that's just a lie. I have not had a business during the pandemic, but I have donated all of my products (dietary supplements) to non-profits, food centers, neighbors, and friends. What he said was that he didn't know me; it was just a joke. My family member is an uneducated refugee who earns a meager salary every day in a garment factory. Because I have been unemployed for a long time, the landlord always talked to me directly about problems in the apartment complex. Even the other two pieces of evidence he used to sue me were signed by me. Eventually, he withdrew his lawsuit from the court on January 31, 2022, but caused us to pay legal fees during the litigation.
16. These Abusive Officials Have Hurt Me Again During These Difficult Times
Although the landlord withdrew the lawsuit against me in court on January 31, 2022, the persecution by these abusive officials continues, albeit in a different form. On February 2, 2022, they orchestrated a plan to close my Chase Visa Signature credit card account.
On June 11, 2022, I was rejected when attempting to use this card for a purchase. Chase staff informed me that they had sent a letter on February 2, 2022, warning me to use the card within 50 days to avoid closure, as I had not used it for an extended period. Since I did not respond, they closed my account on May 2, 2022. However, I never received this letter, and I am certain that this is yet another act of persecution by the officials abusing their power.
After arriving in the United States, I was targeted by the CCP, which sent prostitutes and scammers to bribe FBI agents, allowing them to continue persecuting me here. They have also caused the deaths of my family and many innocent Americans, destroyed my business and career, and even prevented me from having a credit card that is crucial for my work, business, and daily life. As a result of FBI persecution, I have been forced into a desperate situation, living in poverty. I have no car, no business, no job, no home, and I have even been without a bed, sleeping on my desk for years.
There is no doubt that this action was initiated by the FBI, which pressured Chase to cooperate in closing my account. Chase would never have voluntarily closed an account during the pandemic, especially one in good standing for over a decade. While it’s true that I used the card infrequently last year, this was due to the lack of business for my company during the pandemic. On March 27, 2020, an American pharmaceutical company in New York State produced a batch of natural health products for me, and I used this card to pay for shipping from New York to Los Angeles.
However, since the beginning of 2020, the pandemic led to widespread lockdowns, curfews, and stay-at-home orders throughout the United States. Many businesses either ceased operations or drastically reduced their hours, and countless people lost their jobs. As a result, I was unable to sell my dietary supplements in commercial centers. I ended up donating all my products to charities, food centers, and individuals. All the money, labor, and time I invested in the company were wasted, and I closed my business on August 10, 2021.
Meanwhile, the U.S. government, corporations, and other organizations showed compassion for the suffering of the American people by providing relief payments and suspending various financial obligations, such as utility bills, insurance policies, eviction orders, and fines. In light of 67 this, I requested that Chase forgive my minimal use of the card during the pandemic and reopen the account, as it was crucial for me to navigate these difficult times.
However, since June 11, 2022, I have called Chase numerous times, but their staff refused to help me reinstate my account. Over two months later, on August 31, 2022, James from Chase's senior administration called me, stating that they were considering reopening my account and would inform me of their decision later. On September 20, 2022, he called again to inform me that they could not help unless I obtained a court order. However, I did not wish to sue Chase, as I did not believe the issue was their fault.
I once applied for an Amazon.com Rewards card but never received an approval letter. I suspect that the FBI may have interfered with my application, as they also intercepted the letter from Chase. On December 2, 2020, I noticed that Amazon was offering a $50 bonus for applying for their Amazon.com Rewards Visa Signature card, which also provided several other benefits, such as reward points and 5% back on purchases. I made a $25 purchase from Amazon that day with my Chase Visa Signature card and applied for the Amazon Rewards Visa Signature card. However, after waiting for a long time, I never received the card. Later, I discovered that Chase had sent me a letter on January 25, 2021, requesting "proof of date of birth and proof of current address" for my application within 30 days. Since I did not respond, they canceled my application.
The Chase Visa Signature credit card is my favorite, and I will do everything possible to reinstate it. This trusted credit card has been with me since 2008, and it is the only card I use for business, travel, promotions, and campaigns. I also have an excellent credit history with this card, having never missed a payment or incurred a late penalty. However, after they closed my account on May 2, 2022, my FICO credit score dropped from 815 in May 2022 to 803 in June 2022. Reopening this credit card account would not only support my daily life, business, and travel but also help restore my credit score to its previous level.
17. The persecution against me continues
I moved out of the apartment complex after that landlord withdrew his civil lawsuit against me, but the persecution of these abusive officials followed me to the new apartment complex. There, I continued to live in an uninhabitable and unsafe place, with the frequent weaponization of hot water to harm me. For example, there was a complete absence of hot water in my apartment for an entire month, from October 7 to November 7, 2022, depriving me of hot water for bathing. This was a particularly painful experience, but the landlord neither compensated nor apologized. From March 31st to April 5th, 2023, the landlord made an excuse to repair my water heater, and there was no hot water for six more days. According to rental rules, landlords must provide tenants with alternative facilities to ensure basic amenities during repairs. In a recent lawsuit, a Los Angeles landlord offered a Harvard-educated female tenant $1,500 to stay at a hotel for five days so that her kitchen sink could be repaired. However, she refused on the grounds that it was unsafe due to the pandemic. She has been living there for the past 540 days rent-free and is now demanding $100,000 to vacate the house. In this case, my landlord also did not apologize or compensate. What's even more disgusting is that they would suddenly turn off the hot water in the middle of the night just to hurt me because I write and read until late at night every day and don't take a shower until midnight. However, when I was about to take a shower, the hot water suddenly became unavailable. This left me with no choice but to retire for the night without bathing. I couldn't fall asleep without taking a shower, and it took several days to regain my normal sleep pattern. During this period, I felt less energetic and couldn't focus on studying or completing tasks. It was a cold torture inflicted on me by turning off the hot water. When I brought this problem to the attention of management, they shied away from their responsibility, claiming that the electricity usage had exceeded limits, leading to an automatic power cut. I firmly believe they intentionally turned off my hot water during off-peak hours because I usually showered when other residents were asleep and restored my hot water during peak hours the next morning.
However, I endured it for more than a year without fighting them until they cut off my phone line on September 14, 2023, and I just went to sue them in Los Angeles Small Claims Court. The reason they had to cut my phone line was that I hadn't purchased a computer that a computer technician in my neighborhood had prepared for me. I originally bought my laptop from him for $85, but it broke on September 1, 2023, so I asked him to buy me a $100 laptop, and he agreed. On September 5th, I called him, and he told me that he had bought me a $250 laptop, which was far beyond my budget, but I still reluctantly accepted it because I had to use the computer for reading and writing every day. However, when I went to pick up the computer on September 6, I found that there were only some uninstalled parts, and the charger was still missing. When I went back to his store on September 8, he had not received the charger. I decided not to buy this laptop from him and went to the library on Monday to order a $115 laptop online, which I received three days later on September 14th. This time, I went to small claims court to sue my landlord not for money but for justice. The landlord also told the judge in court: "Mr. Lee does not want compensation, just an apology." However, the judge refused to let me state the reasons for the lawsuit in court, saying that he would send me the judgment (without a trial) because he still had cases to try. He didn't even know my name and called me Mr. Qin in court. The result was that I both suffered in the apartment and lost the case in court.
The United States stands as the standard-bearer of democratic countries worldwide. The American Rights enshrined in the U.S. Declaration of Independence, penned by the founding fathers of the United States, also serve as the democratic standards and benchmarks followed by people around the world. These rights state: "that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness." Therefore, I hope that the government can devoutly inherit the legacy of the founding fathers, fight tirelessly against authoritarianism and tyranny, and continue to carry forward the core values of the United States in this great land.
All in all, the CPC's Red Terror resembles the novel coronavirus. It permeates not only China, poisoning the Chinese people, but also spreads to the world, harming people globally. Thus, only by eradicating the CPC's Red Terror can the Chinese people embrace democracy and freedom. Moreover, only by ending the Chinese Communist Tyranny can China contribute to world peace, prosperity, and civilization.
The tide of democracy is powerful, and those who align with it shall prosper, while those who oppose it shall perish.
