Support Chinese Democracy and Protect Chinese Democratic Sparks

June 13, 2023

Dear Friend,

I am very sorry to bother you in your busy schedule, but on this thankful day, I would like to take the liberty of asking you to support the White Paper Movement and the Post-White Paper Movement in China. I also request your assistance in protecting the brave Chinese individuals who were arrested by the Chinese Communist Party during the White Paper Movement and other pro democracy activities. By doing so, they can continue to advocate for democracy in China, awaken the democratic consciousness of more Chinese people, and promote the process of democracy in the country.

The absurd and brutal prevention and control measures implemented by the CCP in response to the novel coronavirus have led to a severe decline in all industries and a miserable life for the people in China. The deadly fire in a closed residential area in Urumqi, Xinjiang, on November 24, which triggered the White Paper Movement, is just one example of the numerous disasters caused by the CCP's violent containment of COVID-19.

In 2012, the Shanghai Gang headed by Jiang Zemin and Zeng Qinghong bypassed the incumbent General Secretary of the Communist Party of China, Hu Jintao (Since Jiang Zemin stepped down from the top leadership of the CCP in 2002, he set up an office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China in Zhongnanhai to control party and government affairs behind the scenes, and an office of the Central Military Commission in Bayi Building to manipulate military affairs behind the scenes. These two offices were closed only at the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China in 2012) to privately hand over party, government, and military power to Xi Jinping, a degree-less, unintelligent, anti-scientific, and self-willed bastard. Xi Jinping left the countryside through connections in 1975 and became a worker-peasant-soldier student in the Department of Chemical Engineering at Tsinghua University. There, he engaged in the fight, criticism, and reform of the bourgeois education system and re-educated the intellectuals known as the ninth most notorious. In 2002, he also obtained a Juris Doctor degree in Marxist theory and ideological and political education from Tsinghua University through his connections. This doctorate is a fake degree without a bachelor's or master's degree, and he often makes low-level mistakes in the international arena due to his congenital deficiencies, including indecent jokes such as "to promote trade but also to strip naked" at the G20 summit in 2016.

This new leader is more akin to an underworld figure than the previous one. He only selects people based on gang criteria and strictly enforces a policy of zero non-gang personnel. Hu Chunhua, the youngest member of the CCP Politburo and vice premier, is widely regarded as the successor candidate for the CCP. However, at the 20th National Congress of the CCP, he not only failed to become a member of the CCP Politburo Standing Committee but was also removed from the CCP Politburo. At the age of 16, he entered the Chinese Department of Peking University with the highest score in the college entrance examination in Wufeng County, Hubei Province. After graduation, he voluntarily worked in Tibet and served as Secretary of the Communist Youth League of Tibet Autonomous Region under Hu Jintao. He was later transferred from Tibet and returned to Beijing, following in the footsteps of his mentor, Hu Jintao, serving as the first secretary of the Communist Youth League of China. He has held various positions, including Governor of Hebei Province, Secretary of the Party Committee of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Member of the CCP Politburo, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of Guangdong Province, and Vice Premier of the State Council. It is rare for someone with such a high level of education and extensive experience to be in the upper echelons of the CCP. However, at the 20th National Congress of the CCP held in October 2022, the Xi gang marginalized him and gave him only an ordinary member of the Central Committee. In order to avoid a rebound of Hu Jintao's dissatisfaction, when Hu Jintao opened the document, Li Zhanshu, director of the National People's Congress, held down the document to prevent him from reading it. Afterward, Xi Jinping sent someone to take him away. This highly unusual event, known as "Hu Jintao being forced to leave the 20th National Congress," has sparked heated discussions in the international community. The novel coronavirus that originated in Wuhan, China, at the end of 2019 is another disaster caused by the CCP regime for mankind after the SARS outbreak in Guangdong, China, at the end of 2002. During the three years of the COVID-19 pandemic, Xi Jinping personally directed the prevention and control of the pandemic with anti-scientific and inhumane thinking. Facing the life and death of the people, he refused to use the world's most advanced vaccines for treating diseases and saving lives but instead used outdated and inefficient domestic vaccines and employed brutal methods to restrict the movement of the people. First, after the outbreak of the virus in Wuhan in early 2020, he hid in Zhongnanhai and did not dare to go out to inspect the disaster situation in Wuhan and other provinces and cities; then, after the pandemic abated, he enforced the zero COVID policy along with aimless nucleic acid testing and large-scale closure of cities and residential areas. This policy has resulted in numerous factory closures, the spread of fake nucleic acid tests across the country, and endless tragedies for individuals, families, and groups. However, in accordance with the gang rule of "only obeying the respected overlord," CCP bureaucrats at all levels know that the policy of zeroing out virus and sealing off people is absurd, but they dare not go against it. They even ignore the suffering of the people and resort to using force to intercept and suppress them. Finally, a major fire broke out in a residential area in Urumqi, Xinjiang, which had been sealed off for three months, resulting in the death of 10 people and injuries to 9 others due to the firefighters and vehicles being unable to enter the sealed area. On November 26, people in Shanghai gathered for a rally on Urumqi Road, holding blank sheets of paper to protest against the harsh blockade imposed by the CCP, shouting slogans such as "Communist Party, step down!" and "Xi Jinping, step down!" The rally and protest in Shanghai quickly spread across the country, challenging the legitimacy of the CCP regime and threatening the stability of the CCP regime.

In order to maintain the stability of the gang, the leader of the Xi gang dispatched a large number of police and special agents from the Ministry of State Security to arrest many passionate protesters at the scene of Urumqi Road in Shanghai and suppress the protest rallies there. Subsequently, Xi's gang launched a large-scale manhunt across the country, secretly arrested many brave men and women who participated in the protests, and settled accounts with the masses after the White Paper Movement. Also, for the sake of gang stability, the Xi Gang, regardless of the safety of the masses, abruptly dropped the zero-COVID policy and strict lockdown measures without any precautions, dismantled all the nucleic acid testing stations and makeshift emergency hospitals for treating patients diagnosed with the novel coronavirus-infected pneumonia, causing the virus trapped in the Pandora's box to quickly spread across the country. Since December 7, 2022, when Xi's gang gave up the ban on the novel coronavirus, the number of people infected with the virus has skyrocketed, hospitals have been overcrowded, and people can't find a place where they can test for nucleic acids, see a doctor, or buy medicines for the prevention and treatment of COVID-19. This has caused a tsunami of deaths among novel coronavirus patients, with the dead filling all funeral homes every day in China. The people who couldn't buy Pfizer's Paxlovid turned to purchase Primovir, which was imitated by India's Astrica Company, and Paxista, which was imitated by Azista, a subsidiary of the Indian pharmaceutical company Hetero. Some of these drugs have only a small amount of effective ingredients, and some are counterfeit drugs. There have even been cases of patients with liver and kidney failure caused by using antipyretics for animals because antipyretics cannot be bought. Therefore, the people struggling to survive under the zero-coronavirus policy and strict lockdown and the nationwide pandemic tsunami caused by abandoning the fight against COVID-19 and community lockdown are all tragedies caused by the incompetent rule of Xi Jinping and his gang.

The White Paper Movement is the largest democratic movement since the Tiananmen Square protests on June 4, 1989. Although it has been suppressed by the CCP, its influence will forever promote the process of democracy in China. The Chinese people who experienced the baptism of artillery fire by the CCP on June 4th have realized that China's change cannot rely on the CCP's own reforms but on "the Communist Party step down!" Xi Jinping is not a holy, wise, and great leader but a "bastard without the support of the people." The Chinese Communist Party is not a legal government but "an underworld that does not allow the people to tell the truth." Thus, they demand that "Xi Jinping step down!" (See the video link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ANFs_GK6i8c&feature=emb_imp_woyt) Therefore, these Chinese people are not only participants in the White Paper Movement but also gravediggers of the CCP's tyranny. They are the ones who plead for everyone, the pioneers to end the tyranny of the CCP, and the heroes who sacrificed themselves for the righteousness of the nation.

Now, many people who advocate democracy and justice have been arrested by the CCP and are being tortured by this evil regime. These people include the demonstrators who were arrested by the CCP at the scene of the White Paper rally on Urumqi Road in Shanghai, those who were hunted 78 down by the CCP after participating in the White Paper rallies across the country, a group of human rights lawyers who litigated for the disadvantaged, and many journalists and writers who dare to speak and write the truth about China. Since Xi Jinping came to power in 2012, the state of democracy and freedom in China has deteriorated severely. They have developed the literary inquisition to its peak, suppressing the people's speech to a suffocating level. They not only arrested Chinese journalists and writers but also arrested foreign journalists and writers and even tortured them to death in prisons. Chinese writer Yang Tongyan was imprisoned for writing articles criticizing the CCP and was tortured to death on November 7, 2017, at the age of 56. Tibetan Kunchok Jinpa, who was the main Tibetan source for foreign media, also died on February 6, 2021, after being tortured in prison for eight years, at the age of 51.

These people are the sparks of democracy in China, and as long as the sparks exist, they will keep burning and spreading, eventually starting a prairie fire. For this reason, the CCP is doing everything possible to extinguish these sparks, and some of them have already been extinguished by them. Those who bring firewood to the people must not be allowed to freeze to death in a blizzard, and those who pave the way for freedom must not be allowed to fall into thorns. To this end, I implore you to use your connections and social influence to support the democratic movement in China and protect the sparks of Chinese democracy. Thank you so much for your help.

Sincerely,

Washington Lee (Qiguan Li)
